Responsibilities

• Manage and support TKG clusters across Production, UAT, DR and Non-Prod. 
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes pods, nodes, networking, storage and RBAC. 
• Manage Kong API Gateway, HA, upgrades, backup and rollback. 
• Handle monitoring, production incidents, RCA and DR activities.
