Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for OCI Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM and Load Balancers.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA and resolve issues within SLA.
- Support OKE, monitoring, logging and system health activities.
- Follow ITSM processes and maintain documentation, runbooks and reports.
