• Manage and support VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid environments. 
• Perform L3 troubleshooting across Kubernetes, networking, storage and ingress. 
• Handle production incidents, RCA, performance tuning and platform upgrades. 
• Support DR, monitoring, automation, security and 24×7 operations.
